I liked the privacy. We booked two rooms on the fifth floor, In addition to us there was no one. It was convenient for us and for children. Very comfortable bed.

Really nice welcome on arrival and great friendly staff. It's a boutique hotel with very clean rooms and good clean new bathroom. Very comfortable stay. Recommended and would stay again. Thank you

Very noisy and in poor location.

Not much

Location is not good. Traffic noise was very bad all through the night, also rather noisy inside the hotel. TV was mounted on wall to side of bed so unable to watch while lying in bed.

Disapointing

Nothing.

Very far. You will definitely need a taxi to reach the closest landmarks. Staff not at all helpful.The locker wasnt working and the receptionist had no idea how to fix it. Had to figure it out myself. Also, there were loud noises on the floor early in the morning.

It is a good basic hotel near not too far to a 3 star one.

It is clean, quiet and a really and fully none smoking room I got.

On my last day, very early morning, I was being intimidated by the reception to vacate the room at 11am exactly when on arrival I requested to leave at 1pm, what was accepted. I had to resist to such.

requires improvements

Staff is friendly

In 2017 I stayed in about 12 different hotels in Asia and it was first time my request to extend check-out time by 1 hour was rejected. Windows soundproofing is very poor and hotel is facing very busy road. No hot water in bathroom sink - only in shower.

Clean room at a very good price. The bed is comfortable and the TV has some good movie channels. You can get to shopping mallls(Big C/Tesco Lotus) in about a minute walk around the corner from the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 22 nights. Most staff very friendly and welcoming, greets you with a smile. The host/guard always smiles and open the doors for you. Housekeeping ladies cleans very well and greets you with a smile. Bed was comfortable, airco working as intended. Value for money was good. Location not the best but convenient with taxi or motor taxi.

- modern room - confortable bed

- no hot water (even on day time) - VERY BAD wifi - a bit expensive for the service (no free coffee, no breakfast) and the location (you can get to the main street for 20 bahts with a motorbike taxi)

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. The shower pressure was good but it was difficult to get the temperature correct. It was either too hot or too cold. But overall not a big deal. Great room for the price.

Very nice place. Clean, nice staff, good room. Walking from the station at night the first time the area looked a bit rough but next morning saw as really was and fine. Saw the real Bangkok. Go along several lanes and there are so many street food vendors and a 711. Would definitely stay again.
